Candidate should be BE/B Tech/M Sc/MCA from a recognised university.

Candidate should have an aggregate of 70% through out academics.

Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.

Should have commitment to achieve deadlines provided.

Must have ability to make sound judgment & be decisive.

Delight customers, and go above and beyond the call of duty.

Should work with highest degree of accuracy and with eye for detail.

Must have knowledge of domestic inbound / outbound sales and service call centre experience.

Should has a “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant

customers.

Should build a long-term relationship with the customer in the best interest of both customer

and client.

Must be able to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

Should be flexible to work in any of the office location.

Should have good customer relation skills.

Must have good customer managing skills with best handling of inbound and outbound skills.

Should have good communication skills.

Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.

Must have good problem solving and inter personnel skills.
